DutchQ grew out of one observation: the Costa del Sol is flooded with aggressive sellers, superficial portals and commission-driven advisors. But almost no one looks alongside the buyer, without a stake in any specific property.
We built DutchQ as the opposite of a busy estate agent: a calm office with a single point of contact, a curated portfolio, transparent pricing and an approach that feels more like private banking than real estate.
The result: Dutch buyers who purchase more sharply, with less stress, and who return years later through the same relationship for a second purchase.
